This Organic Brut Natural Cava comes from 50 year old vineyards harvested in the valley of subirats, Pennedes near Barcelona.
The fermentation takes nearly 40-48 months and is bottled in an elegant and handsome .75 liter bottle with a pale gold color of small bubbles.
It has aromas of plum, jams and a hint of citrus brings a freshness to the palette. It is best paired with Duck, Lobster, Snails and raspberries.
