The vineyard produces grapes in a bio-dynamic viticulture and is aged between 12-14 months in a French Oak barrel with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle.
It has tasting notes of floral aromas, white fruits and a hint of a toast bread. It is best paired with Tuna, Mushrooms, nuts and chocolate. With no sulphites, it is also great for vegans and those on special diets.
