This reserva has an aroma of floral and woodland fruits with an appearance of garnet with brownish reflections.
It has been aged 50% in French oak and 50% in American oak for 1 year which allows the wine to have a elegant complexity and body.
The taste is velvety and sophisticated and has a good balance between alcohol and acidity with a low sugar content.
It is best paired with goat and cured cheeses.
